We do not recommend sending transactions from crypto exchanges or web wallets, as such transactions might arrive after a significant delay. Also, exchanges tend to charge a fee deducted from the sent amount. As a result, transactions often arrive too late (when the invoice has already expired) and/or are not paid in full (so the invoice becomes underpaid). That is why we recommend using one of many open-source wallets, where the sender controls the exact amount sent and the waiting time is predictable.Furthermore, you do not control your crypto when using an exchange, so you introduce counterparty risk and thus negate one of the main benefits of cryptocurrencies, which is complete control of your own money.

If you’ve paid the same invoice twice, the system will automatically mark it as overpaid. You’ll see an option to request a refund directly on the invoice page.Simply fill out the refund request form using the invoice, and our team will review and process the refund for the extra payment.

I accidentally paid the same invoice twice.

If your payment is insufficient, the invoice will show both the amount of cryptocurrency you sent, and the amount still left to pay. Simply make the second transaction to cover the remaining amount before the invoice expires.Once you make a second payment, your transaction will be confirmed. You will see a confirmation window with your Transaction IDs on the invoice.If the invoice expires, a refund form will show up. Once it does, fill in the necessary details and request a refund. Refunds are processed within 48 hours.
